Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By placing an order with Rosie’s Bakeshop and accepting our quote, you are agreeing to the following terms.

 

BOOKINGS

In order to reserve your date, a 50% deposit of the total price of your custom cake quote is due upon booking. If the deposit is not received within 7 days after the invoice has been sent, the booking date will be cancelled. Remaining balances are due in full, no later than 10 days prior to delivery/pick-up. If the remaining balance is not received within this time, your order will be cancelled. If the event date is within 2 weeks of ordering, full payment is required on booking. (Bank transfer details will be given on invoice)

 

CANCELLATIONS

Should you choose to cancel your booking 10 days prior to your event date 50% of the deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation occurs after this period the full deposit is forfeited.

 

DISCLAIMER

Once the cake has been delivered, the care and condition of the cake becomes the responsibility of the client and we therefore cannot be held liable for any damages to the cake or products that may occur once left in the care of the client or client's chosen representative.  

Alternatively, should you choose to pick up your cake or have a person other than yourself collect the cake, the cake becomes your/the client's responsibility and we are no longer financially or can otherwise be held responsible for any accidents or damages that may occur once the cake has been released from our care.
